Floyd Williams is the President and Founder of NCHB Investments, LLC. Floyd brings 25 years of residential property management experience, specializing in single-family and multi-family properties. Additionally, Floyd's ability to quickly find quality tenants for his rental owners and his vast network of contractors allow him to provide superior customer service to both tenants and rental owners alike -- a cornerstone of his business. Floyd lives in Canton, Ohio with his wife and lifetime friend Brenda Williams.
